Verifying Contact
Operating Hours: Confirm the working hours to ensure someone will be available to answer your call. Note any holidays or special closure days. Alternate Contact Methods: Look for other ways to contact the business, like email or social media, if the main phone number doesn’t work.
Safeguarding Your Privacy
Protect Your Personal Data: Never give out your social security number, credit card details, or passwords. Check Representative's Identity: Make sure the representative is legitimate.
